My air conditioning guy moved from the area so I called Bay Area Air Conditioning. They were wonderful. Rachel took my information and scheduled me for that day as the ac had went out. Kenny, the tech, was amazing and explained everything to me and how I could prevent the issue in the future. They are now my “go to” air conditioning company and I am so glad I called them!!!!
Justin was our service tech and he did an excellent job. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and made recommendations so we could make an informed decision. Justin is an asset to Bay Area Heating and Cooling.
After purchasing my townhome 3 years ago, I finally replaced my 14 year old unit. Everyone that I have interacted with has been professional & friendly! Scott & Adam arrived promptly, introduced themselves and ask for a tour of where everything was located. They both took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. They were very respectful of my home, placing drop cloths in the areas that they would be working in and when they left you couldn’t even tell anyone had been here (except for the beautiful TRANE unit they installed). They both worked efficiently and as a team (which is very important)! Thank You for making this investment a seamless process and doing so with friendly, professional employees.

We wanted to send you this letter to let you know how very pleased we are with your company and the Trane products! This past weekend our air conditioning finally “died”. Our regular A/C technician (Chris with Southland Heating & Cooling) said it was time for a new unit and highly recommended we get in touch with Bay Area. We called on a Sunday morning and were told someone would be calling us back ASAP. Vince called us immediately – we explained our dilemma, and he came over quickly and reviewed what our home cooling and heating needs would be (we had an ancient oil heating system that also needed replacing!). He said we could have everything done the very next day, and with the increasing heat and humidity, we were so thankful!
Rich and Walter were the employees who came out the next morning and tore out our old, awful unit and replaced everything with the beautiful Trane system. We were so impressed with Rich and Walt’s professional manner, hard work, attention to detail, neatness…..we could go on and on! They were even nice to our dogs!! At the end of the day, some other employees came to deliver some parts and help clean up – everyone was very personable and hard-working. We spoke with Vicki, your office manager, earlier in the day and she also was so friendly and professional. In fact, I believe we may have spoken with you regarding the rebates and you were very helpful and friendly too!!
We will definitely recommend Bay Area Heating & Cooling to our friends and family. It’s nice to know there is a business with outstanding customer service, something that is rare to find these days! I just wanted to write and say how happy I was with the installation of my 4 ton air handler and compressor by Ken Warner and Walter Livernoise on August 1st. They were very respectful of my home and me and did an excellent job. Ken spent time showing me the blue light and how to do my monthly care of the drain. They cleaned up my driveway very well too.

We wanted to send you and your company this letter to let you know how extremely pleased we are with our electric bill savings we are now seeing since the late March 2008 installation of our new Trane A/C-heating system. So far we have saved over $500 for the months of April through July! Our most recent bill for July 2008 was $244. This same time last year we paid $475 for ONE month!! Your technicians were so right when they said our bills would be cut in half during the summer.Thank you again so much for your wonderful product and employees.
