We wanted to send you this letter to let you know how very pleased we are with your company and the Trane products! This past weekend our air conditioning finally “died”. Our regular A/C technician (Chris with Southland Heating & Cooling) said it was time for a new unit and highly recommended we get in touch with Bay Area. We called on a Sunday morning and were told someone would be calling us back ASAP. Vince called us immediately – we explained our dilemma, and he came over quickly and reviewed what our home cooling and heating needs would be (we had an ancient oil heating system that also needed replacing!). He said we could have everything done the very next day, and with the increasing heat and humidity, we were so thankful!
Rich and Walter were the employees who came out the next morning and tore out our old, awful unit and replaced everything with the beautiful Trane system. We were so impressed with Rich and Walt’s professional manner, hard work, attention to detail, neatness…..we could go on and on! They were even nice to our dogs!! At the end of the day, some other employees came to deliver some parts and help clean up – everyone was very personable and hard-working. We spoke with Vicki, your office manager, earlier in the day and she also was so friendly and professional. In fact, I believe we may have spoken with you regarding the rebates and you were very helpful and friendly too!!
We will definitely recommend Bay Area Heating & Cooling to our friends and family. It’s nice to know there is a business with outstanding customer service, something that is rare to find these days!
